Depends on how geared you are and what the needs of your team are, but generally, no.

not really, youd be waiting on a slightly larger heal every 38 seconds within a small area vs helping dps(bc dark% adds a lot more to dmg output than plain raw mdmg)

besides, the additional healing ticks that are dependent on your character's mdmg is restricted to the heart aoe on the ground(but the first part is almost mapwide+not based on mdmg). unless you are fighting in a tight area, its not going to heal anyone besides ppl within the heart, and the healing ticks are powerful enough to save and restore teammates standing in it regardless what mdmg you have, provided they are not already on the verge of death due to burns or in danger(ie, standing in the blast zone of a boss)
