LK Ele conversion

Hey everyone, I'm a returning player from 80 cap.

Since most party buffs have been made self buffs, is it still worth it for an LK to use an Ele conversion gem? Or should I just stack int/magic dmg?

I heard some players saying that you should convert to Dark because of "Radiant", what is it? and why is it suposed to be better than light? any heads up?

You change your conversion depending on the boss you are facing, since different bosses have different values for ele resists. For example, in IDN ideally you would go Light for the first boss since it has 20% ice/dark resist, and Dark for second boss that has 20% fire/light resist.
