Skill Descriptions Missing

Right now, a couple of my characters have certain skills that don't have a description, like the Paladins Conviction buff and the Mercenary's Resentment, in place is just a number sequence i.e. 1000125916

Please help find an issue for this bug, as I can't find any place or wiki that displays current skill descriptions of all the classes. Thank you!

+1 i meet this in few of my chars too , some translations are missing lol ,
if im correct , one of my moonlord skill dont have skill description too

Use the eu version (changed in the top right corner).
