DA pvp w/o transformation

Could a DA still pvp efficiently without the use of transformation? I find the class really appealing I just really don't like the transformation lol

The transformation is technically considered softban/bl, so most DA's are able to already capitalize on the utility without using it.

In neutral your go-to moves are the Forward Thrust knockoff because of its huge hitbox and delay mechanism, and triple slash for obvious reasons.
A plate for the discount Flying Swing to make it faster is also a good idea (ironically this move still has 1200 SA, while actual Flying Swing got nerfed to 600. DA is the new Super Armor Class lol.)

TL;DR, yea they can PvP very efficiently without transforming. Trans just tilts the matchup significantly in the favor for the brief while its being used.

if ur gonna PVP with BL/ no awakening in a 1v1 setting then yes it can PVP "efficiently' if ur skilled. However, in endless respawn or no limitations set you will fall significantly short in your damaging capabilities and PVP'ing will be very difficult. Plenty of the other classes are getting buffed further and will eventually have their awakening which will only make the gap bigger.
