Destroyer PvP Build Help? Demolish/Ganik would be awesome!

Reason i ask for them is because they've mained destroyer for over a year at least and know what they're doing.. Thoughhh, i am taking any other advice for the build, just i don't know many destroyers. Thanks

3 points for Deva Howl, but the cooldown went back up to 125sec even at max+1, and I don't really have the hotkey space for it this cap, so this is what I've got.

I troll a lot with Enervating and Deva (back when I had it, anyway), so that's why I have those :P
