IMO the strength and agi you get via those two spark%'s and the HP% is going to do you more then a 93 vital.

If you have a 93 necklace with physical on it, it will give you a lot more damage than the tech you have right now. The spark is 4.5% STR, while a gem is 4.0% STR.

You will, however, lose the Feint +1.
