I've been testing a blue Halfmoon Slash 30% action speed crest on my Moonlord and I can't notice a difference from an uncrested Halfmoon Slash.
I have an epic Halfmoon Slash plate and was wondering if it's still best to craft action speed, or if damage makes more sense now at level 93.
Would a damage crest work for HMS Instant? In that case, a 20% damage crest could be all upside most of the time.
Also, sometimes I try to avoid the Instant because it's buggy and doesn't always hit, making this decision even more complicated.
So, does a 50% action speed crest give a noticable difference, and does it matter since you can just cast HMS Instant? Which crest would you choose?
