[PVE Build] What Do I Need for a Destroyer PVE Build?

What do I need for a PVE Destroyer build? I need specifics. I was told I was supposed to go full Vitality, but is there any other stats I need as well for a well built PVE? I know FD (Final Damage) is expensive well, but I'm also focusing that too.
