Looking for a guild to join :0

I'm looking for a guild that is active, friendly, and is willing/patient enough to teach nest mechanics to a slow person (me). I've been playing DN for a few years now and getting experience to do nests is extremely difficult without a guild.
A guild discord would be nice to have too for notifications. I can't do voice chat though.
My timezone is PST as well, so I'm also looking for a guild that mainly has members in similar timezones.
