Next Costume Set?

So making this quick topic to see if anyone has seen or heard anything about the next set that is supposed to be coming out in NA. I know it's the Three Musketeers set but I have heard rumors that the stats on the items/weapons will be better then racer/phantom but still worse then conversion. If anyone knows or heard anything similar or that it is complete false rumor please post or message me. Thank you.

From what I've seen, yes they do have slightly better stats than current epic costumes but not as good as the conversion thread costumes. This is from SEA.
