    Awakening Character Skill Balance (PVE)

    Kali

    Phantom Guard
    - Phantom Guard is revamped
    - No longer consumes MP when damaged.
    - DMG reduction reduced 26% -> 20%
    - Super Armor Bonus decreased 200% -> 50%
    - Skill duration is decreased 29 seconds -> 20 seconds.

    Screamer

    Blitz Claw
    - The requirement to learn Blitz Claw will be removed.

    Rampage Claw
    - The additional stun chance is removed.
    - The additional DMG that occurs to a target that is Stun Immune is removed.
    - Max LvL skill DMG 1306% -> 4923%

    Hands of Vengeance
    - Cooldown is reduced by skill acquisition level.
    - Cooldown time is based on Max Skill LvL

    Phantom Avenger
    - Fixed an issue where the Cooldown recovery effect was also applied to Phantom Avenger.
    - No longer grants invincibility.
    - LvL 3 skill duration increased from 18 -> 21 seconds
    - Maximum DMG decreased 7723% -> 3530%

    Humiliation
    - Max Skill LvL is changed LvL15 -> LvL19

    Spirit Creeps
    - The Curse debuff has been removed.

    Summon Puppet
    - Max Skill LvL is changed LvL19 -> LvL 15
    - Coondown is changed 30 -> 15 seconds

    Ghost Gate
    - The Curse Debuff has been removed.
    - Cooldown reduced 35 -> 28 seconds.

    Spirit Wolf
    - The Curse Debuff has been removed.

    Begrudge
    - Cooldown reduced 45 -> 25 seconds
    - Max Skill LvL DMG 118% -> 1358%

    Dark Summoner

    Class Mastery 1
    - Bubble name occured by critical attack is changed to [Summoning Energy].
    - It will no longer get stacks through [Phantom Rage] or [Blitz Claw].
    - Regent Advent is removed, when [Summoing Energy] is stacked, [Phantom Claw] is changed to [Phantom Claw Advent]
    - Phantom Claw EX Advent action speed is increased
    - When Phantom Claw EX Advent is casted, enhance buff is removed.
    - When skill is obtained, boost INT by 50% (PVE)

    Class Mastery 2
    - Hands of Vengeance Instant now shares cooldown with the original.
    - When Hands of Vengeance is sucsessfully hit, recovers Hands of Vengeance Instant EX cooldown.
    - Self critical increase effect is changed to self DMG increase effect.

    Soul Eater

    Soul Shriek

    - Max Skill LvL is changed LvL 9 -> LvL 13
    - Max Skill LvL DMG 1105% -> 3600%

    Class Mastery 1
    - INT increases by 50%.

    Spirit Creeps EX
    - Curse Debuff is added.

    Specter of Torment EX
    - The additional damage from exploding Ghost Curse has been decreased 300% -> 150%

    Class Mastery II
    - DMG bonus is increased 12% -> 30%

    Dancer

    Illusion Dancer/Windcall Twirl
    - The Final Damage bonus is reduced 60% -> 20%

    Dance of Ecstasy
    - LvL limit is reduced LvL 6 -> LvL 1.
    - SP requirement is changed 3 -> 10.
    - [Ghoul] and [Orc] have been removed, and [Dark Elf] and [Minotaur] have replaced their keybindings.
    - [Dark Elf] increases damage depending on enemy HP
    - [Minotaur] increases your damage.

    Dance of Ecstasy 2
    - Skill is removed

    Dance of Ecstasy 3
    - Skill is removed


    Blade Dancer

    Bladeflip EX
    - Even if the attack is successful, It no longer recovers the cooldown of Gust Dementia.

    Class Mastery I
    - The Second Turn skill effect is changed. The skill that generates Second Turn is [Whirlgig] and [Graze Rush].
    - If you acquire 10 points of Second Turn, all [Blade Dance] skill cooldown are instantly restored.
    - When skill is obtained, boost STR by 50%(PVE)

    Spirit Dancer

    Class Mastery I
    - The skill to create Second Turn is changed to Dusk Hunter.
    - When skill is obtained, boost STR by 50%(PVE)

    We are still in review of this skill at the moment

    to nearby target and deals additional damage.

                    No it's just changing damage on each hit of triple slash to be about the same and adding a S key mech for the two slashes of FT.

                    Ah yes, I too assume that when I see higher numbers on a skill it's a nerf! Good thing those broken glads got their triple slash nerfed, it was so busted. ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)

                  The part im loving the most is that the new Archer buff basicly makes them mandetory with Assassin for crit dmg also wisdom is now worth taking so ill have to look at a way to fit it

                    Yep, flat +30% critical damage with Wisdom + Fury for 15s, then it just drops to +10%. 90s cd for Wisdom in PvE, 120s in PvP

                      The change on the awakened triple slash's wording makes it seem ambiguous... it's a buff right?
                      and the change to awakened forward thrust means that we get the iframe back??

                        Triple Slash EX is purely an increase in skill coefficient. The Triple Slash Awakening increases the damage shown in the skill description (tooltip), while keeping the coefficient for 3 slashes the same.

                        In the tooltips:
                        Unawakened Max Skill = 2321%
                        Before Change Max Skill = 3432%, which is then modified by a skill coefficient of 1.3x total on 5 slashes
                        After Change Max Skill = 2765%, which is then modified by a skill coefficient of 2.1x total on 5 slashes

                        With the old skill you'd do a total of 3432% * 1.3 = 4461% with 5 slashes.
                        With the new skill you'll do 2765 * 2.1 = 5807% with 5 slashes.

                        For some reason the change in tooltip isn't quite 50% -> 20%. It's more like 47.8% -> 19.1%, but whatever.

                      I think this Critical Damage buff is going to make both Warden and Silver Hunter's Burst DPS very high. This is just 30K INT on my Hunter in kdn "with" the INT buff on (24K w/o it): 247% critical damage for 15s, or 227% with just Fury on, or 217% w/o either.

                        90K INT at 93cap (w/IDNLs) should have you at around 250% critical damage, if I'm not mistaken. Now, both these classes have INT% steroids too, plus, Genesis Acc exist.
