Dual login

I got kicked off server last night around 9pm EST and could not log back in due to a dual login error.

At the time of this post it has been about 16 hours since then and I still get the same error message as last night.

Can a GM fix my problem please?

Four days later and I'm still dual logged.

Why doesn't this game force players offline after being inactive for X amount of time?
