What is a "Iona (Heal) Crest?"

I found it on the dn gear sim but no info about numbers. Nothing on youtube from other servers and couldn't find anything on sea forums. First time I am hearing of this crest but I was also on a DN break for 2-3 months and wasn't sure if anyone else had info on the skill. Let me know. Thanks.
