Can we still hunting for skill jade?

Like tittle said, can we hunt skill jade nowdays? jade skill get from old nest before ryt? how about now? can we still get it? if can, wer? the one that i know it's only from hero's battle field. which is dat jade for helmet only. And with low chance also. So please let me know if there's is way to hunt skill jade. thank's.
