Got locked out!

Around 11:30am EST about to reset the daily FTG, the server was laggy today and I got disconnected from game.
after I tried relogin it says "dual login" and now it's been 8 hours now
Anyone have this same situation?

Game was laggy for me and a bunch of others in PvP at that time. Had no log in issues.
