Lag network delay network latency

1st my ISP is doing good infact i got ms of 5-8ms without timeout
2nd my rig is morethan capable of playing DN in ultra high def.

so WHY THE HELL I GOT NETWORK DELAY OF OVER 288**s

Well...
First , your computer specs have nothing to do with network latency (but fps drop).

Second, if you're playing from Asia of course you will have lag because of the distance, it doesn't matter if you're using optic fiber or whatever it is, you will always have it because you're connecting from a far country.

my lag only goes on 1st run... like ex i got to gts with my party ang finish it even im so freaking lag but when we go for 2nd run its gone.. like i can play it normally
