Is the linear FD revamp coming next month?

I think I saw someone talking about this a couple weeks ago and I was wondering when it was occurring. Also, any details on how it works would be appreciated.

It should come with the Labyrinth patch next month. Essentially the growth curve will be 1% Final Damage per 150 FD and the majority of players should expect an overall increase in damage. The change will let players get a good chunk of FD% through "regular" gearing/equipment upgrades.
