Having issues getting to Saints Haven? Lemme get chu~

DN NA had a sudden maintenance this morning and they came back with a broken game...
So, you wanna get to town and do PvE things?
From the character screen, choose Channel 9 or 10.
There's a reason those are the channels that are currently 'active/optimal'.

EDIT: Issue fixed, you can go back to your regular channel now. No compensation will be given.
