Clarification for Conquer Fissive Dimension Event

Hello [GM] LIME,

I’m looking for some clarification on the reward tiers for the Conquer Fissive Dimensionevent. On the event page, the event states that “Heroes who clear Fissive Dimension 1, 3, 5 times or more will get awesome rewards”, but the table that follows the text list the clear tiers as "More than 1, 3, and 5 times".

I am confident that I cleared the Fissive Dimension 5 times within the stated event period, from Nov. 6^th to Nov. 21st, and I only received the tier 2 clear reward. Since the language of the event is ambiguous as to whether or not the eligibility for tier 3 rewards should be 5 clears or more or more than 5 clears, I'd like to know if 5 clears should count for the tier 3 rewards.

The ED staff said that your character only cleared Fissive Dimension 3 times and therefore received the 2nd tier of rewards. Maybe you cleared the dungeon outside the event times?
