Returning DN user, question about lags

This is iAmLegendd, and I wanted to return to DN again.
But before I install the game, I wanted to know if the game is still laggy.
Is it little bit better compared to 2016? Or did it got worse? Does PvP still laggy?

You could have a supercomputer built by NASA and Terabit internet and this game would still manage to be a laggy piece of shit.
