Can a GM or ED/DN Team please look into this, it's already been 2 weeks and the issue hasn't been resolved yet, so I've been wanting these two weapons since they were announced but I haven't received the full reward.
As the event does state:
Event Mechanism
During the event period, Heroes who purchase Unique Dragon Gem Craft Package will be given 1 Full Recovery FTG Potion + 1 Premium Storage Coupon!
There’s more! Heroes who purchase 10 Unique Dragon Gem Craft Packages will be given extra reward, 1 Atonement Darkness Weapon Exchange Coupon!
Note
- The rewards will be credited by account basis.
- Purchase made by DNP will not be eligible for the event.
- The rewards will be given on every scheduled maintenance day during the period.
- 2 Atonement Darkness Weapon Exchange Coupons are maximum per an account.
- The promotion counts up to 20 purchase histories per an account.
I've reached the 20 purchase history per account, but when the rewards were sent out I was only able to claim only 1.
I also have posted my Purchase history of the Items during the event time period of 12,000EC each.
