hello first of all with respect administrator how good it turns out that my pj OsitoBB had a problem which was killing the boss in a party mission and suddenly I flew off or rather sent me to a map where I could not move as if I had been isolated I took a picture of the site which happened on Saturday and at the same time that when I entered a mission I could no longer attack the creatures and I said it would have been swallowed and I left it like that, now today Monday I enter to see if it was solved and I I realize that I can't even hit the creatures and I get a message when I go to the store to sell things that say that my account is banned I would like you to help me because my account has that problem because I have not used any program or hack to alter the game since all I have in my account are legal things that the game has given me playing I hope your response gentlemen administrators and can give solution to my pj thanks
