DId Saint got nerfed?

I came back from long time and My Cure Relic's cool down became soooooo long with short duration DX
gone like that in 10 sec
Cool down reduction plate is gone too. WHy DN, WHY

+ and my mercenaries doesnt get any exp from clearing dungoen. It this a bug?

Did you complete your awakening quests on your saint.
Heroes get exp only when you send them on missions. Pets only get exp from boom boom drinks
