I created a new character to do the incoming even't and it bugged FUCKING 4 TIMES I leveled up 4 lolies every single one of them bugs , can't use skills can't do damage what the fuck is going on with the game , only a way to kill people who wants to play it seems ...

Well, you doing anything now damn sure isn't gonna matter since if the character isn't made DURING the event you won't get shit anyway.

Is it really that way? what if your already have lv95 SS for a very long time like me. And it says academic class. not specifically shooting star. If you have to create SS from scratch to participate in the event is not worth it. anyway we will know ahead of you if it is like that.
That event more likely because of SS revamp will be here in next patch.
