lvl 93 epic theano vs lvl 93 rare pioneer?

So I checked the phys dmg on lvl 93 rare pioneer greatsword and it seems to go up to 16k+ damage while +12 theano greatsword has only 300+ more damage than pioneer.

Theano doesn't seem to have any set bonus either so what makes Theano better?

I'm pretty sure you can't enhance rare gear equipments which makes Theano a better choice or is the raw blue grade weapon better than this:

oh, is that attk power under enchant obtained from enhancing to +12? If so, I must've missed it...
