So I filed 2 tickets for 2 different things, they said they would get notify me once they received new information. Days pass after I sent either of them in. Both get closed with no resolution due to "inactivity"
The first was for the compensation regarding the verification email fiasco, the 2nd, 5k DNP frize for their halloween screenshot event.
They need to step up or they can't be trusted with issues like this.
