Server issues/lag/dc

Cant farm
Cant Ranked
Cant town for to long or DC
Cant Dailies cause DC

Ranked works every 30 DCs and when I get in everyone teleports.

Same with mobs in field.

Please pull the plug, wait 10 seconds and put it back in this usually fixs it.
