Am i alone in this bug?

Any one with hero's battlefield title have this happen after the patch? Is it just destroyers? It started happening yesterday, the first second of the gif is my town stats, as soon as i uncheck the Hero's title and start spamming apply I get different variation of stats. (This happens on all the titles i have on this character, any other character I have has 0 problem).

Its happening to my Destro too.When I remove my weapon and put it back, my damage changes. As I repeat the another value shows, then repeat again, another shows ( all different value)...:c
