I am confused by the english used in the latest news post. Ex: "Yaya top up 40000 EYEcash, she will receive 40000 DNP rebate."

What does this mean? What do you mean by "Top up"? If I buy 50,000 EC, will I get 50,000 DNP on the 29th?

Top up is a phrase. It essentially means "to fill" or "to add/dispense" an amount.

So yes, adding 50,000 would get you 50,0000 dnp

All its saying is whatever you buy (ET/EC) and charge it to your account it will rebate a maximum of 50,000 DNP per account. So let's say you buy 60,000 ET when that event finishes you'll get 50,000 DNP back.
