If anyone is still having trouble downloading patch and launching game:

Here is what worked for me:

Download patch manually here: http://patchus.dragonnest.com/Game/D...ch00000579.pak
Click show in folder. And then drag drop the file into DN folder ( same folder dnlauncher is located)
Start Dnlauncher and it should do the work.

i think you can just throw the files into your current steam install path
