Patch notes should clearly tell the players everything that is in the patch, not only new stuff, the player should not have to experiment with stuff just to see if the patch notes didn't include. There are a quite a few things that seem to have been added that the patch notes simply didn't included for the Abyss Walker stuff, 93 enhacement transfer, and likely many Bug fixes. This information shouldn't be on the players to find out on patch day it should be included with the patch note given out the day before.
