One Piece's head gear

Im sure this has been asked privately before but its better out here than in the 1 on 1's. I realized you cannot hybrid a hat from the one piece collections and wondered if the concept was similar for the unique converter. I ask because I for one do not like many of the assassin's costumes and hair styles however I have found one combo. The only flaw it contains is that the head piece was part of the halloween set(one piece). Just wanted to know if the unique converter would cloak that too?

uniques will use any costume piece, as it is not actually "hybrided"
