The rewards at the end of the nest are based on speed completion?

Iam asking cuz i only got jewels on a Archbishop lvl 93 solo run. I took 13 min.

If the answer is yes, how can i make sure iam completing the nest in the average time? Is there any place that says the time u need to complete the nest?
