I don't get Ripper's. It's literally just using Shadow Hand then using Mortal Blow 3x...

Maybe instant cast without using normal Mortal Blow's cooldown? Gigaton Quack EXi for Gear Master is pretty much like that as well: fully charged instantly, but you can still use the regular version ~10 seconds after for more damage + reapplication of the debuff since the regular and instant versions don't share cooldown.
Someone with more info from the KDN version would have to confirm if Mortal Blow EXi is the same.
