Transferring Cash Wings, Tails, and Spirits

If I were to find a spirit in a dragon egg, such as the Rose Spirit in Love, would I be able to give it to a character besides the one who opened the egg?
How about Wings and Tails?

I know you can do this with weapons, armor, accessories, and decals, and you can't with blue wings, but I've never tried it with anything else.
