Still No Conversion Thread Reward for June Celebration Event 1

I have submitted a ticket about the issue, but that ticket was closed today. Trying to re-submit a ticket gives me the "Submission failed. Please contact administrator." error. I spent over 300 dollars on eggs for that last weapon coupon so I could get a conversion thread, but I didn't get my conversion thread. #Feelsbadman
