Hot key problems

Hello everyone, I have a problem with that sh*t hotkey settings.
This problem appeared while I was playing the game and my hotkeys suddenly become unsensitive. And I have to press the button twice to open the window or repair my gears.
Does anyone know how to fix this?

You sure it's not your keyboard?

I have not had this issue. Usually if this happens, it's probably a hardware problem. Check your keyboard. I was canceling a lot of line drives and crescent cleaves, but it was because my keyboard double taps my S key a lot... even outside of DN.
