Disconnection issues of a friend.

Hey guys, other posts weren't helpful, tech support is garbo and google has failed me. Be the hokage. Be the last airbender. Save my anonymous friend from his agony...

So a friend of mine has been disconnecting frequently which he describes as:
Random freeze at the end of dugeon/nest before chest selection screen followed by "disconnected from wold"

Once he reconnects, he doesn't receive the rejoin party box and has to repair gear.
• Lives in Canada
• Runs on Ethernet with 100+mbps
• Has attempted re-installations (not a steam user)

Any feedback or suggestions you can give me would be appreciated.

He continues to have these issues.
