    I have a friend who is having the same issue, but he's on the 4th page of inventory and not quite maxed on bank yet. This is awful.

      I had that problem, whats sad is the storage bag wont even show up, only the adventure bag. I just ended up giving the costume to another character.

        Does this mean you can transfer the costume coupon? Or the other gifts?

            thats not how it works.... its the slots in the inventory, i have max storage space, not that my inventory is full

          The issue is that all slots are already unlocked and it will not let us receive the package because there aren't more slots to unlock.

                yea, did you send a ticket? i havent yet was hoping they would be working on it and fixing it, gonna send a ticket if theres no news or anything within a week or something

                Yes, I did send in a ticket, but I have yet to receive a reply.

                My roommate quoted a two day turnaround time so now I'm just trying to be patient. I guess it's good that the items don't expire until 10/29.

                    Are the slots you are tying to use permanent or temporary slots? Cause maybe its not adding it to your inventory thats the issue it could be the slots your trying to add it too are just temp slots. If thats not it then sorry for this message and sorry I couldn't be more helpful.
