It seems like a few crests are bugged and lowers the cool downs by more than intended.
I will test this when I am back tonight, but the ones I have been informed are bugged so far is the following
warrior
MoonBlade dance is 3 seconds
Coup de grace is 9 seconds
Bombs away is 6 seconds
Arrcher
Silver hunter is 36
