The stats are the same as the new Marine costume with one exception: The body piece is 3% instead of 4% on main stats.
Weapon still has the usual +1 skills.
You can only buy it with EyeTotal, NOT EyeCredit.

The coupon only lasts 7 days, the costume is permanent.
The costume is the blue/white outfit in the awakening section of the update notes.

You can only buy it if you have the coupon. It costs the same as the marine costume.
