Purchasing E-Cash? When and how besides Credit Card/Paypal?

Just a quick question when will the option to buy E-Cash be able to be bought with any type of payment? I'm just curious if we will still be able to purchase with Karma Koin Cards or will it be a different card. I'm sure many of us that do like to occasionally buy credits ourselves wonder if it will be the same processes as Nexon.
