Marching Band Costume & Questions for 1st Anniversary Event

Today's the 18th day AKA your day to pick up the costume from Cassie! I couldn't find pictures of all the weapons, so I compiled the Marching Band costume sets + weapons into one photo for easy fashion nest reference:

Questions about the event:

1. "During the event period, 1st Year Celebration Cracker (1EA) + 1st Year Celebration Coin (5EA) will be given."
   Were these supposed to be given out daily, or on a specific day? Haven't received these yet.
2. The event page states it runs from 9/14 to 10/12.
   However, if you mouse over the timer for coins in game, it says the event lasts until 10/19, which is coincidentally when our VIP egg event is supposed to end and when SEA gets their Halloween event.
   When does the event end? When is our next patch?
