There doesn't seem to be a lot of information on it minus the fact that it's basically prepaid, but not really.

I looked it up, and it BK seems to allow you to manage your gift card online (add money onto the card). Is the exchange rate between BK gift card 1:1?
As it looks right now, it seems like this 'prepaid' option is much worse than Nexon's prepaid option as you get less prepaid for the same price.
