I'm new and I'm confused about servers/worlds

So I'm wondering if the world "Rajuul" is a server. Because if so there's only 1 server available for me (i'm from canada). Which is kind of odd. If it isn't a server where do I look to change servers or how do I know what server I'm on?

Rajuul is the only server but there are 7 (?) channels that you can join. They will probably add more servers if the player base increases now that Nexon is out of the picture.
