What is the best way to use Bullet Barrage? It requires a whopping 15 bullets from Lock and Load to actually fire, which takes forever to build up. Should I just stand there and load up on bullets before entering a level? Will dropping more points into Lock and Load eventually let it give more more than one bullet? I'm just having a hard time seeing it as being as useful as The Quackums. Sure, the bigger area is a huge advantage, but considering that you're most likely not to have enough bullets to use it when you really need it, it seems less versatile. Am I missing something about using it?

It gets easier to use as you unlock Shooting star skills (if you plan to do that way) like reloading 2 bullets at once, and passive bullet regen every 4 seconds. But Quackums in general is the better skill since you can throw it down and continue dpsing with other skills that may out dps Bullet Barrage.
