What should a returning player do?

As the title says, I'd like to know where to start and my direction going forward. I see a bunch of different currencies and difficulties the auction house seems pretty empty everything is thousands of gold and i can't find a store to sell any dragon jades. is everything craft now? do people still convert and is it as cheap as it was about a year or 3 ago? is there any specific dungeon or nest i should grind that is somewhat returning player friendly? i'm assuming i was blind and didn't see dungeons having the possibility to drop dragon jades or maybe im unfamiliar with how they look now. any help is appreciated thank you for your time.
