Cannot entre ladder?

Hey guys, I need some help. I have been trying to get my ladder costume. I had no problem before but somehow after the January patch/update, the matching button on the ladder screen is permanently grey. I tried during the 17:00-23:00 at different times (not sure about the time zone), nothing worked. I am in Australia before and after the patch so it should not be a problem. I have also changed the time zone on my computer that didn't seem to work either. Any help or suggestions welcomed.

ladder is disabled, no eta as to when or if it'll come back so you can't get the costume
