You've given up before you started -
I wouldn't insult Heaven if I were you. He doesn't raid as far as I could tell of him in 90 cap (and he was top Saint in ladder then too), and back then all he used is +12 epics, which is fairly easy to achieve these days if you spend even a minimal amount of time in PvE (provided the RNG is willing). He's of comparable skill level to myself in PvP as well.

He's using RDNLs which are outdated by two entire level caps, and some unique gear (and they appear to be enhanced comas, which aren't even that strong).
