Do you still get Queued against Blocked People?

Question is in the title. I Dont Do DN PvP because it has a lot of issues that trigger me and gives me cancer. If I play it id probably be such a terrible person to myself and others. But anyway, I know this game has a stupid small population so you would most likely be playing against the same people if you consistently pvp, with that in mind lets say you hate playing against certain people for whatever reason would blocking them prevent Ladder Queues from matching yourself with those people?

Good question honestly I don't know the answer to that but try it out.

Pretty sure blocking only prevents them from talking to you.

That'll be dumb if that were a thing
If people can just block their most hated classes to fight against in ladder,
they'll have unbalanced ladder queues and inflate their ladder points by finding a suitable match up for their class

until balances to pvp (whenever that is...) you just gotta suck it up and keep practicing pvp; or don't at all
